Discover How Your Memory Really Works... And Why You'll Never Have To Write A Shopping List Again...
The most recent research in neuroscience indicates that the human brain has a quasi-holographic nature - translated into plain English this means that your brain thinks in images. Like this...
How Your Memory Works Your brain percieves the world through your senses, and can store away all these impressions as memories. You can remember a smell or a sound, but far more important is what you see. This is the most imortant sense you use to perceive your surroundings at any given time. The natural way your brain stores away visual information is to link visual memory images in your mind together. It takes one image, and connectis it to another image. But all these memory images can't be in your mind at the same time. It would lead to total chaos, just imagine thinking about everything you have ever known at the same time! The images are only available when you need them. Whenever you remember the first image, your brain will automatically make available the connected images without any effort on your part.
Confusing? Don't worry. Let's do a small experiment together that will make it easy to see how this works in practice...
A Quick Experiment That Will Amaze And Even Shock You
Effortless Recall The best part about recalling this visually stored information is that it's completely effortless! It's noting like the boring repetition you had to do to remember something in school. You would read some dates and facts again and again, but they would still slip away during that dreaded test. You would sit there tearing your hair out in frustration trying to remember. The visual way is so much easier because you're using the natural memory mechanisms of your brain. So how can we take take advantage of this knowledge? What if you could remember a long list of 100 numbers just as easily as you remember the layout of your own appartement?
How Can We Apply This? The interesting thing is that your brain does not differentiate what it sees through your eyes, or what it sees in your "mind's eye". Wether you actually saw something or just visualized it makes no difference to your brain. In either case it will automatically be stored away in your memory. Thats why so many sports celebrities will spend countless hours visualizing their way to victory and perfection. I will show you how you can take advantage of this fact and learn to remember your shopping lists. Now it is of the uttermost importance that you actually visualize this in your mind, and not only watch the video... Or you will see no results.
The Shopping List Trick I'll show you how this works in it's simplest form in a quick video demonstration! This trick can be used to remember shopping lists... Or any other list you want to remember... You'll be surprised when you see how easy it is... Imagine that you're going to the store to buy some groceries, and you want to buy: Now instead of writing a shopping list, just visualize & connect these objects together in your imagination, one pair at the time. First imagine the bread and time magazine connected physically together, like this:
Then imagine the toilet papet connected to the time magazine. Try to see the images in colour, 3D and make them large. Then connect the toilet papet and a cheese. Then the cheese and the eggs. Do this for all the items, two images at a time.

Now this is important. It won't work if you only watch the video. You have to do it yourself in your mind. Go ahead. Visualize and connect the items, and you will be amazed at how easy it is to remember the list. You'll remember a list this way even if it had 30 items more. What's more interesting is that you'll be also able to remember it backwards... go ahead and try it out. That's it for today.
Next week I'll mail you a copy of a book that changed the world...
Some of the most successful people in the world swear by this book, and many of them read it at least once a year. Why do they read it again and again? Because they have made a huge fortune applying the principles covered in this book to their life. The best part, it's a quick and easy read as it's only about 20 pages long... This book costs money if you buy it at amazon.com or in a bookstore, but I covered it for you because I think what it has to say is really important... It's one of my personal favorites... Warm regards,
P.S: Remembering a shopping list is just a simple trick. Remembering longer texts, names, faces and even entire books requires a different approach. If you want to know more about how you can boost your memory at least 60 times higher than any regular person,
